Hi,
- yes, but only potatoes and a bit of tomatoes
- yep, they are low glucose fruits so I ate them in my morning smoothies. I was careful with bananas, eating them like once a week I think. But the strawberries and blueberries found a way into my breakfast every day. My body seemed to be managing these fruits well too, so I kept them.
- Important thing is to self-test in the first stage, to see what foods you react to.
